REASSEMBLY

Removal / installation


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SWIVEL ACTUATOR (w/ AFS)

  1. E068529
    Install the headlight swivel actuator with the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.


2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SWIVEL ECU (w/ AFS)

  1. E068315
    Install the headlight swivel ECU with the screw.

  1. Connect the connector.


3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR

5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CORD

6. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL ECU (w/ AFS)

  1. Engage the claw and connect the connector.

    Install the light control ECU with the 2 screws.

  1. E068520
    Install the cover with the 2 screws.


7. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL ECU

  1. Engage the claw and connect the connector.

  1. E069111
    Install the light control ECU with the 2 screws.


8. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET

  1. Install the new headlight gasket.


9. INSTALL NO.1 HEADLIGHT COVER

  1. E068316
    Install the No.1 headlight cover with the 4 screws.


10. INSTALL NO.1 HEADLIGHT SOCKET

  1. Install the No.1 headlight socket to the clearance light bulb.


11. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the clearance light bulb and the No.1 headlight socket to the headlight unit as a unit.


12. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET

  1. Install the front turn signal light socket to the front turn signal light bulb.


13. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the front turn signal light bulb and the front turn signal light socket to the headlight unit as a unit.


14. INSTALL NO.1 HEADLIGHT BULB

  1. Install the No.1 headlight bulb with the set spring.

  1. Install the light control ECU socket.


15. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SOCKET COVER

  1. Install the headlight socket cover to the headlight cord and the headlight assembly.


16. INSTALL NO.2 HEADLIGHT BULB

  1. Install the No.2 headlight bulb.
