DTC B2973	Running light relay circuit failure
DETECTION CONDITION	Short to power supply or GND in PJB internal circuit between microcomputer and running light relay
POSSIBLE CAUSE	• Running light relay malfunction • PJB malfunction


STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	INSPECT DTC • Clear the DTC from the PJB memory using the WDS or equivalent. • Perform the self-test. (See PJB SELF-TEST.) • Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	Troubleshooting completed.
2	INSPECT RUNNING LIGHT RELAY • Inspect the running light relay. (See RELAY INSPECTION.) • Is there any malfunction?	Yes	Replace the running light relay, then go to the next step.
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED • Make sure to reconnect all disconnected connectors. • Clear the DTC from the PJB memory using the WDS or equivalent. • Perform the self-test. (See PJB SELF-TEST.) • Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Replace the PJB. (See PASSENGER JUNCTION BOX (PJB) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3		No	Troubleshooting completed.
