The switch is screwed into the right side of the transaxle case and is replaceable,
but not adjustable.
- Disconnect the wiring harness from the switch.
- Unscrew the switch from the transaxle case. Do not remove the steel ball
from the switch mounting bore. If it falls out, make sure that you retrieve
it and put it back.
- Install the switch using a new gasket. Tighten the switch to 22–25
ft. lbs. (29–33 Nm). Check for proper operation.
