- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove any components necessary to access the back-up light switch.
- Unplug the back-up light switch connector.
- Remove the switch from the case using the appropriate size socket and drive
tool.
To install:
- Install the switch and tighten it to 22–25 ft. lbs. (30–35 Nm).
- Attach the back-up light switch connector.
- Install any components removed to access the back-up light switch.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
