Water Pump

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the Timing Belt.
3. Remove the Generator brace.
4. Remove the water pump and gasket.
5. Remove the O-ring.

To Install:

1. When installing the O-ring onto the water inlet pipe, and coat the outlet circumference of the O-ring with water to ease installation.

   CAUTION
   Do not get any type of grease or oil on the O-ring.

2. Install the water pump and gasket.
3. Install the Generator brace.
4. Install the Timing Belt.
5. Fill the engine coolant.
