Door Glass and Regulator

Removal & Installation

Front

To Remove:

1. Remove the up stop.
2. Remove the inner stabilizer on the left front door and the inner stabilizer on the right front door.
3. Remove the outer delta cover.
4. Remove the delta sash assembly.
5. Remove the door window glass.
6. Remove the window regulator assembly.
7. Remove the power window motor.

To Install:

1. Install the power window motor.
2. Install the window regulator assembly.
3. Install the door window glass.
4. Install the delta sash assembly.
5. Install the outer delta cover.

   NOTE: Make sure to check the difference between the stabilizers by using the identifying colors. Yellow identifies the inner stabilizer for the left door front/right door rear, and gray identifies the inner stabilizer for the right door front/left door rear.

6. Install the inner stabilizer on the right front door and the inner stabilizer on the left front door. Install them so the arrow symbol points up.
7. Install the up stop.

Rear

To Remove:

1. Remove the up stop.
2. Remove the inner stabilizer on the right rear door and the inner stabilizer on the left rear door.
3. Remove the door window glass.
4. Remove the window regulator assembly.
5. Remove the power window motor.
6. Remove the rear glass guide track.
7. Remove the front glass guide track.

To Install:

1. Install the front glass guide track.
2. Install the rear glass guide track.
3. Install the power window motor.
4. Install the window regulator assembly.
5. Install the door window glass.

   NOTE: Make sure to check the difference between the stabilizers by using the identifying colors. Yellow identifies the inner stabilizer for the left door front/right door rear, and gray identifies the inner stabilizer for the right door front/left door rear.

6. Install the inner stabilizer on the left rear door and the inner stabilizer on the right rear door. Install them so the arrow symbol points up.
7. Install the up stop.
