Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the radiator cap.
3. Remove the drain plug.
4. Disconnect the rubber hose.
5. Remove the reserve tank assembly.
6. When removing the radiator upper hose and radiator lower hose, make mating marks on the radiator hoses and the hose clamps, then disconnect the radiator hoses.
7. After you disconnect the A/T oil cooler hose, plug the hose and the radiator hose fitting to keep out dust and foreign materials.
8. Remove the radiator support.
9. Remove the radiator.

To Install:

1. Install the radiator.
2. Install the radiator support.
3. Connect the A/T oil cooler hose after you remove the plugs you placed during removal.
4. When installing the lower and upper radiator hoses, do the following:
   • Step 1: Insert each hose as far as the projection on the water inlet fitting allows.
   • Step 2: Line up the mating marks on the radiator hose and hose clamp, then connect the radiator hose.
5. Install the reserve tank assembly.
6. Connect the rubber hose.
7. Install the drain plug.
8. Install the radiator cap.
9. Correctly fill the engine coolant.
