Radiator & Cooling Fan

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Disconnect the reservoir hose.
4. Remove the upper radiator hose.
5. Disconnect the connectors from the fan motors.
6. Remove the hood latch.
7. Remove the front structure bar.
8. Remove the upper insulators.
9. Remove the condenser bolts.
10. Disconnect the lower radiator hose.
11. Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler lines if equipped.
12. Remove the radiator assembly.

To Install:

1. Install the radiator assembly.
2. Connect the lower radiator hose.
3. Connect the transmission fluid cooler lines if equipped.
4. Remove the condenser bolts.
5. Remove the upper insulators.
6. Remove the front structure bar.
7. Remove the hood latch.
8. Disconnect the connectors from the fan motors.
9. Remove the upper radiator hose.
10. Disconnect the reservoir hose.
11. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
12. Refill the engine coolant.
