TROUBLE JUDGMENT
Check Conditions
- Ignition switch: ON
- No. 1 exhaust gas temperature sensor signal examination has not been inhibited.
Judgment Criterion
- The exhaust gas temperature of No. 1 exhaust gas temperature sensor is above the
threshold.
FAIL SAFE FUNCTION
- The last valid value is frozen.
PROBABLE CAUSE
- Failed No. 1 exhaust gas temperature sensor
- Failed electrical harness in No. 1 exhaust gas temperature sensor circuit
