13 -FUEL > 13A-DIRECT INJECTION AND MULTIPOINT FUEL INJECTION (DI AND MPI) > ON-VEHICLE SERVICE > AUTO STOP & GO (AS&G) OFF SWITCH CHECK
 
1. Remove the AS&G OFF switch (Refer to ).
 
2. Connect an ohmmeter to the terminal No. 5 and No. 8 of the connector at the AS&G OFF switch.
3. Check the continuity status when the AS&G OFF switch is pressed and when the switch is released.

PressedContinuity (2 Ω or less)
ReleasedNo continuity
4. When other than above, replace the AS&G OFF switch.
