Post-installation Operation
  • Check the Dust Cover for Cracks or Damage by Pushing it with your finger.

•Engine room under cover front B (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ) <4WD>
•Engine roll stopper rod (Refer to GROUP 32 - Engine Roll Stopper Rod ) <4WD>
•Dynamic damper (Refer to GROUP 23A - Transfer Assembly ) <4WD>
•Front floor backbone brace (Refer to GROUP 42A - Loose Panel )
•Front height sensor (Refer to GROUP 54A - Height Sensor )
•Exhaust centre pipe and exhaust front pipe disconnection (Refer to GROUP 15 - Exhaust Pipe, Main Muffler and Catalytic Converter )

REMOVAL SERVICE POINTS
 
 
<<A>> STABILIZER LINK AND STABILIZER BAR CONNECTION NUT REMOVAL
 
Use a hexagon wrench to counterhold the stabilizer link as shown. Then use a wrench to remove the nut securing the stabilizer link to the stabilizer bar.
 

 
 
<<B>> STABILIZER LINK AND STRUT CONNECTION NUT REMOVAL
 
Use a hexagon wrench to counterhold the stabilizer link as shown. Then use a wrench to remove the nut securing the stabilizer link to the strut.
 

 
 
<<C>> STABILIZER BAR REMOVAL
 
Remove the stabilizer bar from the right side of the vehicle as shown.
 
 
 
 
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

Install the stabilizer bar from the right side of the vehicle as shown.
 

 
 
>>B<< STABILIZER BUSHING INSTALLATION
 
 
Install the stabilizer bushing as shown in the figure.
 

 
 
>>C<< STABILIZER LINK AND STABILIZER BAR CONNECTION NUT INSTALLATION
 
Use a hexagon wrench to counterhold the stabilizer link as shown. Then use a wrench to install the nut securing the stabilizer link to the stabilizer bar.
