Inspection Procedure 5: The electric parking brake is engaged poorly (the vehicle moves) or the vehicle is pulled to one side or the other.

OPERATION
When you pull up the electric parking brake switch with the brake pedal depressed, the parking brake will be applied (locked).
COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM
This trouble symptom assumes that M.U.T.-IIISE CAN bus diagnosis result is OK and no diagnosis code is et.
PROBABLE CAUSES
- Malfunction of the rear brake caliper assembly
- Brake piston seized
- Slide pin moves hard
- Unevenly worn brake pad
- Water or oil adhered to the brake disc or pad
- Electric parking brake actuator fails
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
STEP 1. Check the rear disc brake.
STEP 2. Retest the system
