Pre-removal Operation
  • Radiator Grill Removal (Refer to ).
  • Overfender (Front Bumper Moulding) Removal (Refer to ).
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A Removal (Refer to ).
  • Headlamp Washer Draining <Vehicles with headlamp washer>
  • Headlamp Washer Hose Connection <Vehicles with headlamp washer>
  • Front Wiring Harness and Front Bumper Wiring Harness Combination Connector
Post-installation Operation
  • Front Wiring Harness and Front Bumper Wiring Harness Combination Connector
  • Headlamp Washer Hose Connection <Vehicles with headlamp washer>
  • Headlamp Washer Filling <Vehicles with headlamp washer>
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A Installation (Refer to ).
  • Overfender (Front Bumper Moulding) Installation.(Refer to ).
  • Radiator Grill Installation (Refer to ).
  • Front Fog Lamp Aiming Adjustment (Refer to GROUP 54A, Fog Lamp - On-vehicle Service ).
 
 
Removal steps

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS
 
 
>>A<< FRONT END UPPER BAR ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
 
Tighten the front end upper bar assembly bolts in the numerical order to 5.0 ± 2.0 N·m.
 

 
 
>>B<< FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
 
  1. Align the headlamp boss with the hole of front bumper.
  2. Tighten the front bumper assembly bolts in the numerical order to 5.0 ± 2.0 N·m.
