Inspection Procedure 3: The radio broadcasting cannot be received. <Digital radio>

COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM
In case of digital radio broadcasting cannot be received, shark fin antenna base (fin antenna), antenna feeder or multivision display (integrated digital audio broadcast (DAB) tuner) may have a problem.
PROBABLE CAUSES
- Malfunction of shark fin antenna base (fin antenna)
- Malfunction of antenna feeder
- Malfunction of multivision display (integrated digital audio broadcast (DAB) tuner)
- Damaged harness wires and connectors
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
STEP 1. Confirmation in multivision display service mode.
(1) Display the "Communication Check" screen (Refer to 
). (2) Check that "Tuner/DAB" is "OK".
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 2.
Go to Step 5.
STEP 2. Check the state of the fin antenna.
Is the antenna assembled?
Go to Step 3. Assemble shark fin antenna base (fin antenna).
STEP 3. Check if there is any damage to the fin antenna and antenna feeder.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 4. Replace the shark fin antenna base (fin antenna) and antenna feeder.
STEP 4. Check the connection of the antenna feeder’s plug and multivision display.
Is the antenna feeder’s plug thoroughly connected to the multivision display?
Go to Step 5. Thoroughly connect the antenna feeder’s plug and the multivision display.
STEP 5. Substitute a known good multivision display, and check the trouble symptom.
