Partial replacement of side sill is possible depending on the range of damage. Cut the
floor side sill outer reinforcement rear by displacing 50 mm from the butt welding area with
the side outer panel.

Weld and repair if the side sill reinforcement bulkhead front is damaged.

To reinforce the strength of the floor side sill outer reinforcement cut area, cut the
floor side sill outer reinforcement front 50 mm forward of the cut-out part.

Weld and repair if the side sill reinforcement bulkhead front is damaged.

Cut the new floor side sill outer reinforcement parts by aligning them with the cut area
of floor side sill outer reinforcement front in the body-side. Then, cut only the floor side
sill outer reinforcement front 100 mm behinds from the cut area to create a cover, and then
cut the side sill reinforcement bulkhead front 50 mm behinds from the cut area.

3.Weld the side sill reinforcement bulkhead front, and then weld the cover of floor side
sill outer reinforcement front.

4.When installing the new floor side sill outer parts, apply in advance adhesive to the
areas shown in the figure of the instructions.
