Description
Detects driver side and passenger side doors open or closed condition.
Component Function Check
1.CHECK FUNCTION
Check that driver side and passenger side automatic window adjustment function operates.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES

NO

1.CHECK DOOR SWITCH
Check door switch.
Refer to
Component Function Check

Is the inspection result normal?
YES

GO TO 2

NO
>>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK DOOR SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL
Turn ignition switch OFF.
Check voltage signal between power window motor harness connector and ground with oscilloscope.

Disconnect BCM connector and malfunctioning power window motor connector.
Check continuity between BCM harness connector and malfunctioning power window motor harness connector.
