Description


The turbocharger boost sensor detects the pressure of the outlet side of the intercooler. When increasing the pressure, the output voltage of the sensor to the ECM increases.

 DTC DETECTION LOGIC

If DTC P0237, P0238, P0241 or P0242 is displayed with DTC P0643, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC P0643. Refer to DTC Logic (GT-R certified NISSAN dealer).

An excessively high voltage from the sensor is sent to ECM.

Turbocharger boost sensor
(bank 2) circuit low input
An excessively low voltage from the sensor is sent to ECM.

(bank 2) circuit high input
An excessively high voltage from the sensor is sent to ECM.

 4.CHECK TURBOCHARGER BOOST SENSOR INPUT SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR OPEN AND SHORT
 
 5.CHECK TURBOCHARGER BOOST SENSOR
 
 6.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
