Headlights

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Remove the headlight bezels, by unfastening their attaching screws.

   NOTE: On some models it may be necessary to remove the grille first. To remove, unscrew the grille securing screws.

   Fig. 1: If necessary, remove the grille retaining screws . . .

   Fig. 2: . . . then carefully remove the grille from the vehicle

   Fig. 3: Loosen the retaining screws and remove the headlight bezel

2. Loosen and remove the retaining ring screws, then remove the ring.

   NOTE: Be careful not to disturb the headlight aiming screws.

   Fig. 4: Remove the headlight retaining screws . . .

   Fig. 5: . . . and the retainer

   Fig. 6: Pull the headlight out and disengage the electrical connection

3. Pull the headlight out and disengage the connector from the back of the sealed beam unit.
4. Reverse the procedure to install the headlight.
