Air Control Valve

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the injector lead wire from the clamp.
  3. Remove the air control valve retainer screws and valve assembly, gasket and lead wire from the venturi chamber.
  4. Remove all gasket material from both mating surfaces.

    To install:

  5. Using a new gasket, install the air control valve. Secure in place using the retainer screws tightened snugly.
  6. Connect the injector lead wire.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
