Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section.
2. Remove or disconnect the following:
   • Ground cable from battery

   • Instrument panel lower cover
   • Upper column cover to lower column cover screws

   • Ignition cylinder mounting screws
   • Ignition cylinder assembly
   • Ignition switch connector
   • Ignition switch mounting screw
   • Ignition switch

To Install:

1. Install or connect the following:
   • Switch
   • Switch screws
   • Switch connector
   • Ignition cylinder assembly
   • Ignition cylinder mounting screws
   • Upper column cover to lower column cover screws
   • Instrument panel lower cover
   • Ground cable to battery
