Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Disconnect or remove the following
   • Ground cable from battery
   • Connector and terminal from generator
   • V-belt cover
   • Front side V-belt
   • Bolts which install generator onto bracket

To Install:

1. Connect or install the following
   • Bolts which install generator onto bracket
   • Torque mounting bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft-lb)

     CAUTION
     Check and adjust the V-belt tension

   • Front side V-belt
   • V-belt cover
   • Connector and terminal from generator
   • Ground cable from battery
