SPECIFIED OILS AND AMOUNTS
1. Engine oil
(1) Specified oil
Viscosity grade
 Quality grade
 0W-20
 
 For API certified: Products with SM “Energy Conserving” or SN “Resource Conserving” logos.
For ILSAC certified: Products with GF-4 or GF-5 “Starburst mark” displayed on the container.
For ACEA certified: Products with A3 or A5 displayed on the container.

CAUTION:
·When replacing the oil, it is acceptable to use a different brand oil but Subaru-specified engine oil should be used.
·According to the figure, use oil with appropriate viscosity for the ambient temperature.

NOTE:
The filling amount at engine oil replacement is the value when oil is drained from the drain plug.
2. Oils / Coolants other than engine oil
CAUTION:
·For AT, using any ATF other than recommended product may cause malfunctions. Be sure to use the recommended product.
·For transmission gear oil and rear differential gear oil, use gear oil specified in the table below. When using the substitute product, the function and performance may be inferior.
