IGNITION (STARTER) SWITCH ASSY

REMOVAL
1. Removal of instrument panel under cover SUB-ASSY NO. 1 (Refer to

)2. Steering column cover LWR removal (Refer to )
)3. Steering column cover UPR removal (Refer to )
)
4. Ignition/starter switch ASSY removal
(1) Disconnect the connector.
(2) Remove the two screws and remove the ignition/starter switch ASSY.
INSTALLATION
1. Ignition/starter switch ASSY installation
(1) Install the ignition/starter switch ASSY with the two screws.
(2) Connect the connector.

)4. Installation of instrument panel under cover SUB-ASSY NO. 1 (Refer to )
)5. Setting procedures when installing/removing the battery terminal (Refer to )
)UNIT INSPECTION
1. Ignition/starter switch ASSY check
(1) Measure the resistance between connector terminals.
