REMOVAL

1. Removal of the console box ASSY (Refer to

)

2. Removal of the seat heater switch

(1) Release 4 claws and remove 2 seat heater switches from the console box ASSY.

INSTALLATION

1. Installation of the seat heater switch

(1) Engage 4 claws and install 2 seat heater switches to the console box ASSY.

NOTE:

As shown in the figure, install the switch with the triangle mark pointing the outside of the vehicle.

UNIT INSPECTION

1. Inspection of the seat heater switch (LH side)

(1) Inspection of the seat heater switch

(a) Measure the resistance according to the following chart.

*a	Connector not connected (seat heater switch (LH side))

*a	Connector not connected (seat heater switch (LH side))

Battery connection	Switch conditions	Criteria
Battery positive terminal → 2 Battery ground terminal → 3	HI side ON	Indicator illuminates.
Battery positive terminal → 2 Battery ground terminal → 3	LO side ON	Indicator illuminates.
