EXPLODED VIEW
REMOVAL
1. Removal of the high-pitched horn ASSY (except EH model)
(1) Remove the front bumper cover. (Refer to 
)
)(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the bolt, and remove the high-pitched horn ASSY as a unit with the horn bracket.
2. Removal of the low-pitched horn ASSY (EH model)
(1) Remove the front bumper cover. (Refer to )
)(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the bolt, and remove the low-pitched horn ASSY as a unit with the horn bracket.
3. Removal of the horn bracket
(1) Remove the bolt and the nut, and remove the horn bracket from the high-pitched horn ASSY.
4. Removal of the low-pitched horn ASSY (except for EH model)
(1) Turn over the mud guard RH.
(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the bolt, and remove the low-pitched horn ASSY.
5. Removal of the high-pitched horn ASSY (EH model)
(1) Turn over the mud guard RH.
(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the bolt, and remove the high-pitched horn ASSY.
INSTALLATION
1. Installation of the low-pitched horn ASSY (except for EH model)
(1) Using the bolt, install the low-pitched horn ASSY.
Standard value:
Standard value:
Tightening torque=18N·m

184kgf·cm}
{13.3ft·lbf}
(2) Connect the connector.
2. Installation of the high-pitched horn ASSY (EH model)
(1) Using the bolt, install the high-pitched horn ASSY as a unit with the horn bracket.

Tightening torque=13N·m

132kgf·cm}
{9.6ft·lbf}
(2) Connect the connector.
3. Installation of the horn bracket (except for EH model)
(1) Using the bolt and nut, install the horn bracket on the high-pitched horn ASSY.

Tightening torque=18N·m

184kgf·cm}
{13.3ft·lbf}
4. Installation of the high-pitched horn ASSY (except for EH model)
(1) Using the bolt, install the high-pitched horn ASSY as a unit with the horn bracket.

Tightening torque=13N·m

{9.6ft·lbf}
(2) Connect the connector.
5. Installation of the low-pitched horn ASSY (EH model)
(1) Using the bolt, install the low-pitched horn ASSY.

(2) Connect the connector.
6. Installation of the front bumper cover (Refer to )
)UNIT INSPECTION
1. Inspection of the high-pitched horn ASSY (except for EH model)
(1) Inspect if the high-pitched horn ASSY sounds when battery voltage is applied between each connector terminal.
2. Inspection of the low-pitched horn ASSY (except for EH model)
(1) Inspect if the low-pitched horn ASSY sounds when battery voltage is applied between the terminal and the bracket.
3. Inspection of the low-pitched horn ASSY and high-pitched horn ASSY (EH model)
(1) Check if the low-pitched horn ASSY and high-pitched horn ASSY sound when battery voltage is applied between the terminal and the bracket.
