Warning for Radar Brake Support System

•Failure to take the following precautions may cause a serious accident affected by malfunction of RBS system.
When driving such a vehicle, disable RBS system by pushing the RBS OFF switch or ESP® OFF switch for a long time to turn on RBS OFF light beforehand.
—Do not affix sticker including clear film or paint on millimeter wave radar cover.
—Do not drop or otherwise expose RBS control module to large shock. The RBS control module that has received large shock should be replaced.
—When replacing radiator grill and millimeter wave radar cover, use SUZUKI genuine parts.
—Do not modify suspension. Modification of the vehicle’s height or inclination may affect correct detection of a running vehicle ahead.
—Use tires of the same size and brand. Do not mix tires of different wear.
•Driving a vehicle which might have been exposed to impact at around front bumper i.e. the vehicle involved in an accident, automatic brake could work suddenly and could cause a serious accident.—Do not drop or otherwise expose RBS control module to large shock. The RBS control module that has received large shock should be replaced.

NOTE:
When vehicle is hoisted and wheels are rotated with engine running, disable RBS system beforehand. If not, RBS could work unexpectedly.
