Engine Oil Vapor Separator Removal and Installation
Precautions: General safety (00)
Removal
1)Remove EGR-1 valve with EGR-1 valve mounting. 
2)Remove starting motor.
3)Disconnect breather hose (1) from engine oil vapor separator (2).
4)Remove engine oil vapor separator from cylinder block.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
•Use new O-ring.
•Connect breather hose securely.
•Fasten new breather hose clamp using special tool.
•Connect breather hose securely.
•Fasten new breather hose clamp using special tool.
