Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Components

1.	1st ring : For assembly, refer to Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Disassembly and Reassembly:K14C. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface.	7.	Connecting rod bearing : For applying engine oil, refer to Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Removal and Installation:K14C.
2.	2nd ring : For assembly, refer to Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Disassembly and Reassembly:K14C. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface.	8.	Piston pin : Apply engine oil to sliding surface.
3.	Oil ring : For assembly, refer to Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Disassembly and Reassembly:K14C. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface.	9.	Piston pin circlip
4.	Piston : For assembly, refer to Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Removal and Installation:K14C. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface.	10.	Connecting rod bolt : Check connecting rod bolt for deformation to reuse. : Apply engine oil to bolt thread and seat. : For tightening order, refer to Piston, Piston Ring, Connecting Rod and Cylinder Removal and Installation:K14C.
5.	Connecting rod : Do not apply engine oil to mating surface between connecting rod bearing and connecting rod. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface.	:	20 N·m → 0 N·m → 25 N·m → +55° (2.0 kgf-m → 0 kgf-m → 2.5 kgf-m → +55°, 15.0 lbf-ft → 0 lbf-ft → 18.5 lbf-ft → +55°)
6.	Connecting rod bearing cap : To install connecting rod cap, direct arrow on it to crank pulley. : Do not apply engine oil to mating surface between connecting rod bearing and connecting rod cap.	:	Do not reuse.
