Rear Drive Shaft Construction

A constant velocity ball joint is used on the wheel side of both right and left side drive shaft assemblies. A double offset type constant velocity joint (DOJ) is used on the differential side. The DOJ allows each drive shaft to slide in the extension / contraction directions.
