Vehicle Height Sensor Inspection (LED Headlight Model)

NOTE:
After any of the following services, initialize headlight auto leveling system. 
•Replacement of the headlight auto leveling control module
•Replacement of the rear vehicle height sensor
•Removal of the rear vehicle height sensor
•Replacement of the rear vehicle height sensor
•Removal of the rear vehicle height sensor
1)Remove rear vehicle height sensor.
2)Arrange 3 new 1.5 V batteries (1) in series (check that total voltage is 4.5 – 5.0 V), and connect it as shown in figure.
3)Move link (1) and arm (2) of rear vehicle height sensor as shown in figure to check output voltages at lowest position [a] and highest position [b]. Also check that output voltage gradually increases when arm and link set is moved slowly from lowest position to highest position. If check result is not as specified, replace rear vehicle height sensor.
