INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL COOLING UNIT
|
(a) Install the cooling unit with the 4 screws and 2 nuts. |
|
(b) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL ANTENNA RELAY
|
(a) Install the antenna relay with the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL REINFORCEMENT ASSEMBLY
4. CONNECT LIQUID TUBE AND SUCTION TUBE
|
(a) Lubricate 4 new O-rings with compressor oil and install them to the tubes. Compressor oil: ND-OIL 8 or equivalent |
|
(b) Connect the liquid tube, suction tubes and piping clamp.
HINT:
After connection, check the claw engagement of the piping clamp.
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

Perform initialization

NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
7. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

Check the SRS warning light

CHARGE REFRIGERANT

WARM UP ENGINE
10.
CHECK FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT
