INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the reinforcement with the 8 bolts.

Torque:

58 N·m {590 kgf·cm, 43ft·lbf}

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the fog light with the nut.

Torque:

5.0 N·m {50 kgf·cm, 43in·lbf}

4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the fog light with the nut.

Torque:

5.0 N·m {51 kgf·cm, 44in·lbf}

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

(b) Install the bumper cover with the 3 clips, 2 screws and 4 bolts.

Torque:

3.0 N·m {31 kgf·cm, 27in·lbf} for screw

8.5 N·m {87 kgf·cm, 76in·lbf} for bolt

6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE 2006 MY Land Cruiser [05/2005 -        ]; EXTERIOR: RADIATOR GRILLE: INSTALLATION+

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization 2006 MY Land Cruiser [05/2005 -        ]; INTRODUCTION: REPAIR INSTRUCTION: INITIALIZATION .

NOTICE:

Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
