REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:

Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE 2006 MY Land Cruiser [05/2005 -        ]; EXTERIOR: RADIATOR GRILLE: REMOVAL+

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and 4 bolts.

(c) Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors and remove the bumper cover.

4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the nut and fog light.

5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the nut and fog light.

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 8 bolts and reinforcement.
