REMOVAL
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH (a) Using a screwdriver, remove the garnish. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. |

3. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (a) Using a screwdriver, remove the switch as shown in the illustration. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. (b) Disconnect the connector. |

4. REMOVE NO. 2 DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL (a) Using a screwdriver, remove the bezel as shown in the illustration. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. |

5. REMOVE NO. 1 DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL (a) Remove the screw. (b) Using a screwdriver, remove the bezel as shown in the illustration. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. |

6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT (a) Using a screwdriver, remove the light and then disconnect the connector. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. |

7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (a) Remove the 2 caps and 7 screws. (b) Remove the 3 clips. (c) Insert a screwdriver between the door and door trim to pry the trim. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the door and door trim. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. (d) Pull the trim upward to remove it. |

8. REMOVE TWEETER SPEAKER (a) Disconnect the connector, and then remove the screw and speaker. |

9. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (a) Disconnect the 2 connectors. (b) Remove the 3 bolts and mirror. |
