1. REMOVE CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation
2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE
3. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP
4. REMOVE SEAT BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER
5. REMOVE REAR MAT SET PLATE
6. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE STRIKER PLATE
8. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

9. REMOVE REAR AIRBAG SENSOR (a) Disconnect the connector. (b) Remove the 2 bolts and airbag sensor. |
