INSPECT FUSE |
(a) Remove the AM2 fuse of the engine room junction block.
(b) Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard resistance:
Below 1 Ω

CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY |
|
(a) Turn the ignition switch to LOCK. (b) Disconnect the negative (-) terminal cable from the battery, and wait at least for 90 seconds. (c) Disconnect the C14 center airbag sensor connector. (d) Connect the negative (-) terminal cable to the battery, and wait at least for 2 seconds. (e) Turn the ignition switch to ON. (f) Measure the voltage between the C14-3 (LA) and body ground of the center airbag sensor connector. Standard voltage: 10 to 14 V |

CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT |
|
(a) Turn the ignition switch to LOCK, and wait for at least 60 seconds. (b) Turn the ignition switch to ON. (c) Check operation of the SRS warning light. OK: SRS warning light comes on. |
