1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH

  1. Освободите 4 фиксаторов и снимите уплотнение фартука крыла.



2. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 FENDER APRON TO FRAME SEAL RH

  1. Освободите 5 фиксаторов и снимите уплотнение фартука крыла.



3. REMOVE RESONATOR WITH AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the sensor connector.

  1. Detach the wire harness clamp.

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the resonator with air cleaner cap.

  1. Detach the 4 hook clamps, and then remove the air cleaner cap and resonator with air cleaner cap.



4. REMOVE INTAKE PIPE

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the 2 bolts and intake pipe.



5. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the bolt from the clamp.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts and front exhaust pipe.

  1. Remove the gasket.



6. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK

  1. Remove the oil level dipstick.



7. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, guide and O-ring.



8. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and insulator.



9. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, 6 bolts and manifold.

  1. Remove the gasket.
