1. INSPECT FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY


    A00948ZE01

  1. Check that the float moves smoothly between F and E.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    2 - 3
    		Float position is F (upper)
    		12 to 18 Ω
    Float position is E (lower)
    		405 to 415 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel sender gauge assembly.



2. INSPECT FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for Fuel Sub Tank)


    A009BJGE01

  1. Check that the float moves smoothly between F and E.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    1 - 2
    		Float position is F (upper)
    		12 to 18 Ω
    Float position is E (lower)
    		405 to 415 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel sender gauge assembly.
