- When Monitored:
- With the ignition on. DVD Player active.
- Set Condition:
- The DVD player temperature is above 85°C (185°F).

Diagnostic Test
1. DVD PLAYER HIGH TEMPERATURETurn the ignition on.
With the Scan Tool, clear all VES DTC's.
Turn the VES on.
With the Scan Tool, read the DTC information.
Does the Scan Tool read: B142B-VES UNIT HIGH TEMPERATURE?
Yes
- Turn the DVD player off and allow the unit to cool.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST VER 1.
No
- Test Complete.
