BUSHINGS-AXLE
REMOVAL
1. Remove axle from vehicle.
2. Remove pinion flange.
3. Mark bushings position in the axle.
4. Remove pinion nose bushing with Press C-4212F (1) bushing Receiver 9536 (2) and bushing Remover 9512 (3).
5. Remove axle tube bushing with Press C-4212F (1) bushing Receiver 9536 (2) and bushing Remover 9512 (3).
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Install bushings in original position.
1. Install axle tube bushing with Press C-4212F (1), bushing Installer 9511 (2) and bushing Receiver 9536-2 (3).
2. Install pinion nose bushing with Press C-4212F (1), bushing Installer 9536-2 (2) and bushing Receiver 9511(3).
3. Install new pinion seal, pinion flange and new pinion nut.
