REMOVAL
FRONT
WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or retractor. Replace any belt that has a bent or damaged latch plate or anchor plate. Replace any child restraint anchor or the unit to which the anchor is integral that has been bent or damaged. Never attempt to repair a seat belt or child restraint component. Always replace damaged or ineffective seat belt and child restraint components with the correct, new and unused replacement parts listed in the DaimlerChrysler Mopar® Parts Catalog.
1. Adjust the front seat to its most forward position for easiest access to the front seat belt lower anchor cover (1) and the B-pillar trim.
2. Grasp the upper edge of the lower anchor cover and pull upward to unsnap it from the front seat cushion outboard side shield.
3. Remove the screw (2) that secures the lower anchor to the outboard side of the front seat cushion frame.
4. Firmly grasp the lower end of the turning loop trim cover on the upper B-pillar and pull it straight out to unsnap it from the height adjuster, then lift the bottom of the cover upward and pull outward to disengage the upper tabs from the adjuster.
5. Remove the screw (4) that secures the seat belt turning loop (5) to the height adjuster (2).
6. Remove the seat belt turning loop from the height adjuster.
7. Remove the upper trim (3) from the inside of the B-pillar (1). (Refer to 23 - BODY/INTERIOR/B-PILLAR UPPER TRIM - REMOVAL).
8. Remove the trim (8) from the lower B-pillar. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INTERIOR/B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM - REMOVAL).
9. Pull the front seat belt (6) turning loop and lower anchor through the seat belt opening in the lower B-pillar trim.
10. Remove the screw (7) that secures the retractor (9) lower bracket to the base of the inner B-pillar.
11. Remove the front seat belt and retractor from the vehicle as a unit.
SECOND ROW CENTER
WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or retractor. 1. Fold and tumble the second row right outboard seat forward against the front seat for easiest access to the center seat belt lower anchor (2).
2. Remove the screw (3) that secures the second row center seat belt lower anchor to the outboard side of the right center seat support bracket.
3. Using a trim stick or another suitable wide flat-bladed tool, carefully pry the seat belt escutcheon (2) upward far enough to disengage the barrel clips that secure it to the top of the second row center seat back (1).
4. Slide the seat belt webbing (3) through the slot (4) in the escutcheon to remove the escutcheon from the belt.
5. Remove the trim from the back and the top of the second row center seat back frame. (Refer to 23 - BODY/SEATS/SEAT BACK CUSHION / COVER - SECOND ROW - REMOVAL).
6. Pull the foam seat back cushion (2) away from the front upper right corner of the center seat back frame far enough to access and remove the two screws (1) that secure the retractor shield (3) to the seat back frame.
7. Remove the retractor shield from the seat back frame.
8. Remove the screw (3) from the back of the center seat back frame (2) that secures the retractor.
9. Remove the second row center seat belt and retractor unit through the opening in the front upper right corner of the seat back frame.
SECOND ROW OUTBOARD
WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. 1. Fold and tumble the second row outboard seat forward against the front seat for easiest access to the seat belt lower anchor and the C-pillar trim.
2. Loosen the screw (9) that secures the second row outboard seat belt lower anchor (6) and the seat latch striker bracket (8) to the rear floor panel.
3. Disengage the lower anchor from the loosened seat latch striker bracket screw.
4. Remove the upper trim (3) from the inside of the C-pillar. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INTERIOR/C-PILLAR TRIM - REMOVAL).
5. Pull the second row seat belt (4) and lower anchor through the seat belt opening in the upper C-pillar trim.
6. Remove the trim from the quarter inner panel. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INTERIOR/QUARTER TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL).
7. Remove the screw (11) that secures the seat belt turning loop (2) to the upper C-pillar (1).
8. Remove the seat belt turning loop from the upper C-pillar.
9. Remove the screw (5) that secures the retractor (7) to the lower C-pillar.
10. Disengage the retractor locator tab from the slot in the lower C-pillar.
11. Remove the second row outboard seat belt and retractor from the lower C-pillar as a unit.
THIRD ROW

1. Remove the third row seat from the vehicle. (Refer to 23 - BODY/SEATS/SEAT - THIRD ROW - REMOVAL).
2. Remove the screw (5) that secures the seat belt lower anchor (4) to the outboard rear corner of the third row seat support bracket (1).
3. Remove the two screws (4) that secure the seat belt escutcheon (1) to the top of the third row seat back (5).
4. Slide the seat belt webbing (2) through the slot (3) in the escutcheon to remove the escutcheon from the belt.
5. Remove the trim from the back and the top of the third row seat back frame. (Refer to 23 - BODY/SEATS/SEAT BACK CUSHION / COVER - THIRD ROW - REMOVAL).
6. Remove the through bolt (1) that secures the retainer bracket (2) to the top of the retractor pocket (4) on the front upper outboard corner of the seat back frame (3).
7. Remove the retractor retainer bracket from the top of the retractor pocket on the seat back frame.
8. Remove the screw (3) below the pull strap (1) from the back of the seat back frame (2) that secures the retractor.
9. Remove the third row seat belt and retractor as a unit from the top of the pocket on the front upper outboard corner of the seat back frame.
