SEPARATOR-OIL
REMOVAL
1. Remove the engine cover.
NOTE: Inspect the oil drain back access hole in the intake manifold/cylinder head cover to assure that it is free of obstruction.
2. Remove the oil separator fasteners (4) and oil separator (1).
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Inspect the oil drain back access hole in the intake manifold/cylinder head cover to assure that it is free of obstruction.
1. Lubricate the oil separator o-rings (2) with clean engine oil.
2. Carefully position and push down on the oil separator (1) to seat.
3. Install the oil separator retaining fasteners (4). Tighten fasteners to 10.8 N·m (96 lbs. in.).
