SKID PLATE - TRANSFER CASE
REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle, (Refer to LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE/HOISTING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
2. Remove the crossmember bolts (2).
3. Remove the bracket bolts (3) and remove the transfercase skid plate (4).
INSTALLATION
1. Install the skid plate (4).
2. Install the bracket bolts (3) and tighten to 65 N·m (48 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the crossmember bolts (2) and tighten to 65 N·m (48 ft. lbs.).
