SKID PLATE - TRANSMISSION
REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle, (Refer to LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE/HOISTING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
2. Remove the crossmember bolt (5).
3. Remove the skid plate support crossmember bolts (6) and remove the transmission skid plate (1).
INSTALLATION
1. Install the skid plate (1).
2. Install the support crossmember bolts (6) and tighten to 65 N·m (48 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the crossmember bolts (5) and tighten to 65 N·m (48 ft. lbs.).
