INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION




1. Install the hose (3).
2. Install the mounting bolt (2) for the brake hose at the frame.
3. Install the brake line (1) to the brake hose (3).



4. Reinstall the wheel speed sensor wire (2) to the brake hose (1).
5. Install the brake hose banjo bolt (5) at the caliper (6). Tighten to 28 N·m (250 in. lbs.)
6. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
7. Bleed the brake system
(Refer to 5 - BRAKES - STANDARD PROCEDURE).

INSTALLATION




1. Install the brake hose (3) to the mounting hole at the frame and install the mounting bolt (2).
2. Install the brake line tube nut (1) to the brake hose (3) and tighten to 23 N·m (200 in. lbs.) torque.



3. Install banjo bolt (2) attaching brake hose (1) to caliper. Install NEW washers on each side of hose fitting as banjo bolt is placed through banjo fitting. Thread banjo bolt into caliper and tighten to 31 N·m (23 ft. lbs.) torque.
4. Lower vehicle.
5. Remove brake pedal holding tool.
6. Bleed base brake hydraulic system as necessary.
