When Monitored:
With the ignition on.

Set Condition:
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that one or more of the Fuel Injector values have not been programmed.
Possible Causes |

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. (Refer to 28 - DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure).
DTC IS ACTIVE
| 1. | This DTC will set if the PCM or a Fuel Injector was replaced and the Injector Quantity Adjustment function was not performed. |

- Program the Injector Quantity Adjustment into the Powertrain Control Module.
- Perform the PCM VERIFICATION TEST. (Refer to 28 - DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure).
