C-4755 - Trim Stick Originally Shipped In Kit Number(s) 9299, 9299CC, 9299CC, 9300A-CAN.

1. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, remove the inner latch trim (2).
   
   

 
2. Release the clip (3) and disconnect the lock rod (2).
   
   

 
3. Remove the clip (5).
   
   

 
4. Remove the lock cylinder (2) and the gasket (1).
   

 

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. Install the gasket (1) and the lock cylinder (2).
   
   

 
2. Install the retaining clip (5) onto the lock cylinder (4).
   
   

 
3. Connect the lock rod (2) to the lock cylinder and seat the clip (3) fully.
   
   

 
4. Position the latch trim (2) onto the tailgate opening and seat fully.
