C-4829A - Remover, Trim

1. Remove the hard tops, if equipped.

 
2. Remove the sport bar speaker pod, (Refer to 23 - Body/Interior/BAR, Sport - Removal) .
   On four door vehicles;

 
3. Remove the seat belt retractor (4) and turning loop (2) as necessary, (Refer to 10 - Restraints/RETRACTOR, Seat Belt - Removal) .
   
   On four door vehicles;

 
4. If equipped, separate the rear dome light (6) from the sport bar cross bar and disconnect the electrical connector (4).
   
   On four door vehicles;

 
5. Unzip the cover (2) and remove.
   
   
   On four door vehicles;

 
6. Using a trim stick C-4829A or equivalent, separate the push pin fasteners and remove the interior lamp bezel (5).

 
7. Remove the cross bar trim (6) and (4).

 
8. Remove the side trim (2) and (8).
   
   On two door vehicles;

 
9. Unzip the cover (1) and separate the trim (2).
   
   On two door vehicles;

 
10. Unzip the cover (1) and separate the trim (2).
    
    On two door vehicles;

 
11. Separate the trim (1) and (3).
    
    

 
12. Unzip the side bar covers.
    
    

 
13. Using a trim stick C-4829A or equivalent, separate the push pin fasteners (2) and (4) and remove the trim (1) and (3).
    

 

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. Position the trim (1) and (3) and seat fully.
   
   

 
2. Position the side cover over the side bars and zip closed.
   
   On two door vehicles;

 
3. Position the trim (1) and (3) onto the sport bars (4) and seat fully.
   
   On two door vehicles;

 
4. Position the covers (1) onto the sport bar and zip closed.
   
   On two door vehicles;

 
5. Position the trim (2) onto the sport bar.

 
6. Position the cover (1) onto the trim (2) and zip closed.
   
   
   On four door vehicles;

 
7. Position the side trim (2) and (8) onto the sport bars and seat the push pin fasteners (1) fully.

 
8. Position the cross bar trim (4) and (6) onto the cross bar and seat the push pin fasteners (3) and (7) fully.

 
9. Position the interior lamp bezel (5) onto the cross bar and seat fully.
   
   On four door vehicles;

 
10. Install the cover (2) and zip closed.
    
    On four door vehicles;

 
11. If equipped, connect the electrical connector (4) and seat the rear dome light (6) onto the cross bar fully
    
    On four door vehicles;

 
12. Install the seat belt retractor (4) and turning loop (2), (Refer to 10 - Restraints/RETRACTOR, Seat Belt - Installation)

 
13. Install the sport bar speaker pod, (Refer to 23 - Body/Interior/BAR, Sport - Installation) .

 
14. Install the hard tops, if equipped.
