DAMPER, Vibration

REMOVAL

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the accessory drive belt (Refer to 07 - Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Removal) .

  3. Remove the bolts (1) and the vibration damper (2).

    4.  

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the vibration damper (2) and retaining bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to 32 N·m. (24 ft. lbs.).

  2. Install the accessory drive belt (Refer to 07 - Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Installation) .
