PULLEY, Power Steering Pump

DIESEL

  1. Remove the air cleaner box (Refer to 09 - Engine/Air Intake System/BODY, Air Cleaner - Removal) .

  2. Remove the air inlet tube (1).

  3. Remove the serpentine drive belt.

    4.  
  4. Remove the three bolts (4) securing the pulley (3) to the pump (2).

DIESEL

  1. Install the pulley (3) to the pump shaft.

    2.  
  2. Install the three bolts (4) securing the pulley (3) to the pump (2). Tighten to 47 N·m (35 ft. lbs.).

  3. Install the serpentine belt.

  4. Install the air inlet tube (1).

  5. Install the air cleaner box (Refer to 09 - Engine/Air Intake System/BODY, Air Cleaner - Installation) .
